As an experienced HVAC tech, you will perform maintenance, service, give estimates for repairs and installations. Ability to evaluate customer’s homes for installation of heating and cooling equipment and inform clients about best options to meet their needs is required. You will write up proposals, close deals, and negotiate terms of sales. Work Hours

Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs and seasonal demand including some after hours and weekends.

Pay Scale

Salary ranges between $75K and $200K depending on experience and performance, plus benefits. Pay can be hourly, commission or both.

• HVAC service experience
• 3+ years sales experience
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Strong sales skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication, listening skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to use iPad and smart phone
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable by company insurance carrier

Position Summary

Hourly Position. 

Experience with computer, customer database, Office Programs Word; Excel.  Managing dispatch schedule, booking customer appointments.  Inbound & outbound calls. We are looking for an organized, strong communicator with a high level of customer service skills.
