Air Conditioning Maintenance Program Highlights

  1. Inspect and adjust all belts and pulleys
  2. Check supply and return air temperatures
  3. Inspect all controls and safeties
  4. Inspect the electrical disconnect
  5. Inspect and clean all motors
  6. Lubricate motors and bearings
  7. Inspect all relays and contactors

Heating System Maintenance Program Highlights

STEAM BOILER

  • All the checks listed for furnaces that are pertinent for boilers will be checked
  • Clean boiler sight glass
  • Flush boiler
  • Check operation of automatic water feeder if present
  • Check boiler and piping for any visible leaks
  • Run boiler and check complete operation
  • Check operation of low water cutoff
  • Check all air vents for proper operation
  • Check that all radiators are heating properly

HOT WATER BOILER

  • All of the checks listed for furnaces that are pertinent for boilers will be checked
  • Check expansion/Extrol tank for proper pressure or water level
  • Lubricate circulating pump as needed
  • Check boiler water pressure and operation of the pressure reducing valve
  • Check boiler and piping for any visible leaks
  • Run boiler and check complete operation
  • Check operation of all pumps and zone valves
  • Check the all zones, baseboard and/or radiators are heating properly

HEAT PUMP

  • All the checks listed for furnaces that are pertinent for boilers will be checked
  • Clean boiler sight glass
  • Flush boiler
  • Check operation of automatic water feeder if present
  • Check boiler and piping for any visible leaks
  • Run boiler and check complete operation
  • Check operation of low water cutoff
  • Check all air vents for proper operation

TANKLESS BOILER

  • What Are Bonus Reward Points?

    Bonus rewards points are a company credit that may be used for the installation of a new AC and or heating system with BillLeary.net. Earn $25 per unit maintained per season as you continue your annual peak performance maintenance for each of your systems.

  • When Are My Bonus Reward Points Available?

    They are available 30 days after all work and transactions related to that invoice have been completed.

  • Do My Bonus Rewards Points Expire?

    They only expire if you terminate or there is a gap in your annual peak performance maintenance agreement. Ongoing participation with the agreement is required.

  • How Do I Redeem My Bonus Rewards Points?

    Just call us at 732-494-9200. We’ll compile the bonus points on your account and set up an appointment to get specifics on your project. We’ll deduct the bonus points from the price of the project.

  • Do I Need to Redeem All of My Credits at One Time?

    You can use the bonus rewards points all at once or incrementally.

  • Can I Transfer My Bonus Reward Points to a Family Member or Friend?

    Yes, you can transfer your bonus rewards points to anyone you like. If you move locally you can still use your bonus points for your new location.

  • Do I Need to Report Both My Gift Card and Credit Rewards for Taxes?

    Yes. We will send you a 1099 Form to fill out to gather your tax ID information (required for referral program activation) then we will send you a 1099. Report in January of each year for filing your taxes.

Criteria for Referral

Referrals must call BillLeary.net to make an appointment and identify the person who referred them. The referrer is responsible for making sure the person being referred can properly identify the referrer by first and last name, address and phone number. Providing BillLeary.net with leads for us to follow up does not count as a qualified referral. Providing BillLeary.net with blueprints from general contractors does not qualify as a referral.


Disclaimer
