Emergency Service

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful job your service technician did over the Memorial Day Weekend. He came to our house on Monday night at 1100pm when he heard that we had no A/C and that my son was ill... He then came back on Tuesday morning at 9:00am before his regular day began to fix our A/C. He did an outstanding service job and I wanted to commend him.

ANGIE’S LIST REVIEW: NO HEAT CALL

No heat, furnace not working. Called and was told that I would hear back from a technician in 10 minutes. Technician called on time and said that it would be approximately an hour before he could come. Explained rates to me. Technician called about 10 minutes before arriving. When he arrived I explained the problem and he examined the furnace and discussed the problem with me and told me the cost for the replacement part before proceeding. He replaced the worn out part and the furnace worked. Also stated that another switch might need to be replaced in a few months. Total repair time about 15 minutes.


Very professional and polite. Would use again. Used Angie's' List coupon for a $20 discount.
