HVAC Customer Service
Position Summary
Hourly Position.
Experience with computer, customer database, Office Programs Word; Excel. Managing dispatch schedule, booking customer appointments. Good phone skills a must.
Key attributes for this position include being a team player with honesty, integrity and motivation to do a great job for our customers.
Working Hours
Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs and seasonal demand.
Job Type
Part-time and Full-time available.
Pay Scale
Commensurate with experience.
Position Requirements
- Customer Service Experience, 2+ years
- Strong Phone Skills
- Computer Skills
- Proficient in Office Word and Excel
- Experience with Customer Management Software
- Organized and efficient in getting tasks done.
